Microsoft awards this certification to companies for commitment to creating and delivering innovative customer solutions and services based on Microsoft technologies. Exchange 2010 already? Yes, we have pushed our first Exchange 2010 server out the door with great success. Exchange 2010 has a list of new features, and opens wider feature sets with the new Office 2010. Microsoft is offering free upgrade deals for anyone purchasing before the end of the year. If you are interested in upgrading simple contact the sales crew for more details. We are pleased to announce the addition of Jackie Canfield to our sales and front desk staff. She brings years of business owner experience with her. Three of our VMWare Certified Professionals (VCP) are updating their certifications from Infrastructure 3.5 to vSphere 4.0. We are pleased to announce the addition of Leif Dvorak to our technical team. Leif has years of ISP experience he brings to the table. He is specialized in windows products and phone support for our clients. This month we also had two technicians get RedHat Certified Technician (RHCT) certified. They are now continuing the path to RedHat Certified Architect (RHCA).

We are pleased to announce the addition of Nathan Weber to our technical team. Nathan specializes in windows products and firewall security. We have also added Kathy Krunz to support team. This national organization provided multiple MBA consultants and went through WYOPS with a fine tooth comb. We had multiple improvments come from this consultation and hope that in the end our customers have an ever improving relationship with our business. We feel we are a stronger business with a clearer focus on our long term objectives now.
